Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand there may be unavoidable reasons for canceling tour/travel services. To cancel, customers must notify us in writing. Our cancellation policy for domestic and international tours is as follows:

Domestic Cancellation Policy:

  • 50% of the Land Package cost for cancellation from the date of booking to 30 days
  • 75% of the Land Package cost for cancellation from 30 to 20 days
  • 90% of the Land Package cost for cancellation from 20 to 10 days
  • 100% of the amount will be forfeited for cancellation less than 10 days or for a no-show

International Cancellation Policy:

  • 25% of the Land Package cost for cancellation from the date of booking to 30 days
  • 50% of the Land Package cost for cancellation from 30 to 15 days
  • 75% of the Land Package cost for cancellation from 15 to 7 days
  • 100% of the amount will be forfeited for cancellation less than 7 days or for a no-show

For both domestic and international tours, the token amount must be paid at the time of booking. 50% payment must be made at the time of booking of the Land Package or within 2-3 days. The remaining 50% of the land package cost must be cleared 20-30 days prior to the travel date. If the booking is made within 30 days of travel, the customer must pay the full amount of the booking within 2-3 days.

2. Our terms and conditions are as follows:

  • The token amount paid at the time of booking will be adjusted in the booking only and is non-refundable
  • No-show guests will not be given refunds nor will their tours be rescheduled.
  • Tours can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities.
  • SIC means Seat-In-Coach Basis, and drivers will communicate with guests if there is a change in the assigned pick-up and drop timings.
  • In case a guest fails to reach within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given.
  • Guides will be available only for specific tours/excursions.
  • If a customer fails to pay the balance amount of the package, the booking amount will be forfeited unless the Accounts team takes flexibility.
  • In case of Road Blockage/Strikes, Tripzygo is not responsible for any delays, extra payments charged, etc.
  • For Air Tickets, cancellation, and changes are not possible unless specified at the time of issuance.
  • General information such as carrying only essential items, carrying copies of passports and valid visas, and using masks and sanitizers wherever possible.
  • Hotels may ask for a security deposit while check-in, and the amount may vary from 50 to 100 USD.
  • Refunds normally take 10 to 30 working days after the cancellation request has been raised and are transferred electronically to the customer's bank account.
  • Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days except Sundays. Cancellations sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
  • For the Xmas and New Year period, i.e., from 20 Dec to 05 Jan, payments made are non-refundable.
  • In case there is a delay in payments, there will be a delay in vouchers.
  • If a customer cancels the trip after commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount only, which would also depend on the amount that we could recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, etc., we do not bear any responsibility for a refund, we will try if something could be done.
  • Check-in time for Domestic flights is 2 Hours prior

3. General Information:

Please travel light and carry only essential items, as excess luggage might cause unnecessary inconvenience. Ensure the safety of your luggage at all times, especially in public areas. Carry copies of your passports and valid visas (in case of Regular Visa Only) during
